Nurtured by the island's natural bounty, the authentic shochu crafted from pure local sugarcane and clear spring water radiates a rich, rum-like aroma and a mellow, gentle sweetness. Led by a highly skilled female master artisan (Toji), the tour allowing visitors to closely observe the meticulous traditional "Kametsubo" clay pot mashing is highly acclaimed by international visitors.
