Located at the northwestern tip of Tsunoshima Island across the bridge, this lighthouse park boasts some of the best beauty in Japan. The stone "Tsunoshima Lighthouse," designed by a British engineer in the Meiji era, still lights the sea today and is designated as an Important Cultural Property due to its historical value. Climbing the spiral staircase rewards you with an overwhelming 360-degree panorama of the emerald green sea. Especially from winter to early spring, about 50,000 wild narcissi bloom around the park, enveloping the area in a sweet scent. The contrast between the blue sky and sea, the white lighthouse, and the delicate white flowers is a paradise for photographers and represents Yamaguchi's spectacular winter views.
