Japan's largest karst plateau, where countless white limestones looking like a "flock of sheep" are scattered across a vast grassland at an altitude of 200 to 400 meters. This landscape, created by coral reefs from hundreds of millions of years ago upheaving due to crustal movements and being eroded by rainwater over many years, is grand art telling the story of Earth's evolution.
