A coastline boasting dynamic scenery for about 15 km, created by the rough waves of the Sea of Japan. Also called the "Matsushima of San'in," the appearance of white sandy beaches, crystal-clear blue sea, and countless strange rocks and sea caves is truly earth's art. The transparency of the seawater is extremely high, sometimes reaching 25 m in depth. Sightseeing boat courses to tour complex topography and trekking courses along the coastline are maintained; wherever you capture it, you encounter photogenic superb views. In summer, you can enjoy canoeing and snorkeling, a blissful place for nature lovers where you can most directly experience the power and beauty of the Sea of Japan.
