A world-famous private museum in the suburbs of Himeji City, utilizing an old storehouse-style building. About 160,000 toys and dolls collected from all over Japan and 160 countries worldwide are housed, and the vast collection is spectacular. From traditional Japanese "kokeshi" and "temari" to rare folk toys from around the world, humanity's culture and wisdom can be learned through play. There is also a corner where you can actually handle and play with them, a space that both children and adults can get lost in.
