Located in Chiran-cho, Minamikyushu City, the "Chiran Peace Museum for Kamikaze Pilots" is a solemn historical museum visited by many people from all over the world to pray for peace, preserving and displaying precious belongings and historical materials of young members who dedicated their lives in the Okinawa battle at the end of World War II as "special attack forces (human history)," a harsh operation unprecedented in human history. Inside the museum, real fighter planes "Zero Fighter" and pure handwritten testaments, letters, and photos left by members to their families and lovers are displayed in an easy-to-understand manner, deeply overwhelming the intellectual curiosity and hearts of visiting overseas travelers.
