Entirely lacking buildings, it operates under the unique concept that "the beautiful sand beach, the Pacific Ocean, and the blowing sea breezes are all precious exhibits." Every spring, the "T-Shirt Art Exhibition" is held, where countless T-shirts printed with photographs and illustrations collected from worldwide are dried using stakes on the sand beach. The sight of white T-shirts dancing beautifully in sea breezes along the wave margins is overwhelmingly photogenic, standing as a top-tier healing spot where great nature and contemporary art perfectly harmonize.
