Located in northwestern Lake Biwa, "Kaizu-osaki" is a scenic spot counted as one of the Eight Views of Lake Biwa. In spring, about 800 cherry trees along the lake bloom for about 4km, selected as one of Japan's "Top 100 Cherry Blossom Spots."
