Selected as one of Japan's Top 100 Cherry Blossom Spots. About 1,400 Yoshino cherry trees stretch for several kilometers along the Gojo River, creating a pink tunnel. The reflection in the water and the "Hana-ikada" (flower rafts) of petals are iconic symbols of Japanese spring. You can also see the traditional "Nonbori-arai" (carp streamer washing).
