A park in the Matoba residential area. True to its name, raccoon dog statues sit atop a small hill in the spacious grounds. This wooded hill is actually an ancient round barrow (kofun), and the park was created to preserve it. Though close to the Kawagoe-Hidaka prefectural road, it remains quiet.
