A plateau home to one of Japan's largest buckwheat fields, located at an altitude of about 600 meters. From late August to early September, the vast 40-hectare area is blanketed in white buckwheat flowers, creating a stunning scene that looks like summer snow. The contrast between the blue of the distant mountains and the endless white flowers is overwhelmingly beautiful. Visitors can enjoy a rustic and grand landscape that colors the end of summer in Fukushima.
