Founded in the Heian period, the symbol of this shrine is the "Nagatoko" worship hall, featuring 44 thick pillars standing in orderly rows. Its open structure without walls embodies the aesthetics of ancient Japanese architecture. The grounds host a giant ginkgo tree over 800 years old; in autumn, its leaves turn golden, creating a breathtaking "golden carpet" that covers the ground. In a silence where time seems to stand still, you can feel the weight of history and the subtle transition of the seasons.
