Naruko Onsen Village is the collective name for five historic hot spring areas located in Ōsaki City, Miyagi Prefecture. Its biggest feature is that it is a globally rare "Department Store of Hot Springs," offering almost all of Japan's hot spring water qualities. Visitors can choose the water that suits their skin and enjoy onsen hopping (Yumeguri). It is also the birthplace of the charming Naruko Kokeshi doll, a traditional craft, and the painting experience is popular. Nearby is the Naruko Gorge, famous for its autumn leaves, making it a place where you can enjoy Japanese onsen culture and rich nature simultaneously.
