The Hachimantai Aspite Line is a tourist road approximately $27text{ km}$ long that traverses Mount Hachimantai, spanning Iwate and Akita Prefectures.It is famous for the Snow Corridor (Snow Wall) formed by gigantic walls of snow that appear immediately after the road opens in late April. This scenic drive offers spectacular views throughout the four seasons, featuring alpine plants in early summer and mountains ablaze with autumn leaves in the fall.Nearby are scenic spots like the Hachimantai Summit and Ōnuma Pond, allowing visitors to fully enjoy the magnificent nature alongside their drive.
