Inside the precincts, there are many spots associated with history, such as monuments related to the Taira clan and the world&#8217;s largest pufferfish (fugu) statue. Since the Shimonoseki &#8220;Akama Shrine&#8221; and &#8220;Kamonwharf&#8221; are nearby, it is perfect for a stroll while feeling the sea breeze.
