Located on a hill about 150 meters above sea level, a panoramic view of the Naruto Strait spreads before your eyes. Once in ruins after the war, it was redeveloped as a beautiful park in 2014. The contrast between the concrete tower stretching sharply toward the sky, the surrounding lush greenery, and the endless blue sea prompts visitors to deep reflection on peace.
